While we all want to hope that things will be better, the pandemic has sent us on a wild ride and this virus has been so unpredictable. As hosts we have seen guests rescheduling due to Alpha (the first strain) to a time when the Delta wave hit, and then requesting to reschedule a third time. Guests who requested to move dates due to Delta are now concerned about Omicron. Based on this experience for over 2 years, there’s just no outsmarting the pandemic.

We live in a new world where things change daily.  As a result, it's hard to find predictability when making plans in advance.  With that in mind, we want to be as transparent as possible in what we know, what we don't know, and what our plans are to make sure your experience with Premium Beach Condos is positive and comforting from start to finish.

Florida's Governor Has Lifted All COVID-19 Restrictions On Businesses Statewide:

Our white sandy BEACHES ARE OPEN with recommended appropriate social distancing.
Masks are optional and not required.
Restaurants, Bars, and businesses are open but may at times have limited capacity due to staffing availability.
Cleaning staff are still short handed so early arrivals are difficult, but all are doing their best to have condos ready on time.

Cancellation Policy:

Many guests are asking about our "COVID-19" cancellation and refund policy. In an effort to be as fair and consistent as possible (in this ever-changing dynamic environment) with everyone's personal and financial health and safety in mind, we are clarifying our intent with the best interest of ALL parties, our guests, owners and our company, in mind.

Sadly, We Don't Have A Crystal Ball

Because we're unable to predict these things , we HIGHLY recommend purchasing a third party trip insurance policy with a Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) option .  The traditional trip insurance policies will cover most unexpected events that are NOT related to a pandemic and that is helpful! But READ your policy coverage to understand what is and is not covered.

Can you commit to a 30 day cancellation window?
If so, then we are very excited to host you and you can possibly take advantage of some greatly discounted rates as our rates are changing as the situation unfolds. During this 2022 season, we are modifying our traditional no-refund policy . To clarify, our 30 day cancellation window means you get a refund ** if you cancel 30 days in advance of your arrival date. Once inside of the 30 days, your reservation is non-refundable without the travel insurance.

** If a refund is offered, ALL Refunds for cancelled reservations (for any reason) will be subject to a non-refundable credit card transaction fee of 5%.   Fees will be waived for credits given for future stays.  Future stays must be scheduled within 1 year.

At Premium Beach Condos, and we care deeply about ALL parties involved and are not a big faceless corporation. We will communicate with you quickly regardless of the situation and will do our best to make it right but please realize our owners and our staff are committed to fulfilling EVERY reservation, and cancellations and the necessary efforts to re-book them are painful, a lot of work and block the calendar from other potential guests booking the property.

Lastly, just want to be very transparent: We are truly passionate about hosting our guests and providing you a clean, safe and beautiful setting to enjoy our amazing weather and the ocean breezes that can NOT be restricted! We appreciate your understanding and look forward to making it work!
